Partner collaboration of PERETO experts and the HoReCa Association in Kyrgyzstan

In Bishkek, a training was held on "Practical Application of Green Technologies and Financial Optimization in the HoReCa Sector".

More than 30 owners of cafes, restaurants and hotels in the capital learned about modern energy-efficient and resource-saving solutions that will reduce costs and improve business without harming the environment.

In particular, the experts told the seminar participants about the optimization of kitchen and bar production processes, the optimization of cleaning processes, and also touched upon effective measures for the use of dishwashing units.

This training is the result of a partnership collaboration of experts from the PERETO project and the Association of Hoteliers and Restaurateurs HoReCa in Kyrgyzstan.
