Baseline survey results: opinions of HoReCa business representatives about ERE and SCP
Our survey was conducted to assess the opinions of representatives of the hotel and restaurant industry about ERE and SCP about sustainable consumption (SC), environmental protection, and energy and resource efficiency (ERE) in the tourism sector. The survey involved 238 respondents. The survey was conducted in August 2020 during partial quarantine in 8 cities of the Kyrgyz Republic. The cities were chosen based on the development of their tourism and service infrastructures.
